Hair Hits Haircare™ offers Standard delivery and Express shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders. Our standard shipping options are USPS Home Delivery. NO SHIPPING CHARGE
Shipping Costs And Delivery Schedule
Business Days: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. USPS Home Delivery, USPS 3 Day Select, and USPS 2nd Day Air; Orders must be placed by 12 pm CST to be processed on the same business day.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of the day Monday. All expedited priority orders must by placed by 12 pm CST to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized sprays cans, hairsprays, etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Home Delivery.

Hair Hits Haircare™ accepts orders 365 days a year at www.hairhits.com. Orders will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by UPS Standard Ground and will arrive within 4-6 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends).
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but is shipped faster.
Express shipments will arrive within 1-4 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via FedEx. Express orders placed Friday after 12:00 pm CST will not be processed until the following Monday.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a UPS tracking number and link so you can track your order status. Your UPS tracking information can also be found when you login to your Account under Order History.
