If for any reason whatsoever you find that you are not completely satisfied, you may return the container(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H). Product must not have more than 1/4 bottle used. Refund will be processed upon receipt of product.

  2. If possible, re-use original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).

We will e-mail you within 5 business days of receiving to confirm your return. Once your order is received, a refund will be issued.

Unfortunately we can not gives any refunds on orders older than 30 days.

Damaged Shipment

If your shipment is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions to replace your order:

  1. E-mail support@hairhits.com let them know what happened; don't forget to include your order number and contact information.
  2. Within 24 hours of receipt, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report.
  3. Request that your shipping carrier return the order to Hair Hits Haircare™ at the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This will only delay in your transaction.
